"This hotel has very compact rooms. The bed is directly next to the glass wall bathroom. Not much privacy if using the bathroom. Also, you can only get out of the bed on one side."

"Great location to most of the sightseeing. Walking distance. Spacious room but dated. Carpet had a peculiar smell. Towels seen better days and could use an update. "

"I found the hotel to be in an excellent location i.e. walkable to many attractions. Transportation and eating options are also close by. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The only negative worth mentioning would be the security staff. When returning to the hotel in the early evening, security staff members are inside the doors where they are unfriendly and look at you as something other than valued guests. They alone will cause me to pause before selecting this hotel on a return visit to London."
