"Beautiful suite!!!"

"This was my second time staying at this hotel. The last time was in 2021. To be honest, everything in our room was worn stained and falling apart in places, the phone didn’t work, the heat and air-conditioning didn’t work We put a hanger on our door to order breakfast and it was collected but didn’t arrive. When I went to check out the employee told me they had no record of me checking in…the woman beside her who had checked me in the day before told her colleague she had checked me in. They both just shrugged and took my key cards and apologized profusely. They were very helpful. All staff were excellent, and the service was great The building and the location are lovely, but I won’t be coming back anytime soon. For the price, the rooms need some upgrading unless I got a one off b bad room. It’s too bad because our first sta at this hotel in 2021 was absolutely fantastic."

"The staff provided 1st class customer service. Though the room was small the service made up for it. Every morning I stopped in the lobby to get a latte by the third day they remembered my order and had it ready my daughter got tea in the morning. They also gave us little cookies and once in awhile they were so nice to remember my daughter liked oranges and gave her one in the morning. The evenings we joined them for the wine and cheese which was fantastic we are not big wine drinkers so we settled for coffee and tea. The night before we left we wanted to have it in the room and one of the staff was so kind to get a tray and they carried it upstairs for me. I can't say enough about this hotel and when I return to London I will definitely stay here again."

"Nice and friendly staff but rooms are outdated. Specially the bathroom shower was missing a rubber piece to stop water from escaping. So water was always on the floor. The TVs also old, not a smart TV like in most new hotels. We stayed in another wing of the hotel and could hear the train come and go, it was fine for me cause it sounded a bit like thunder. But my mom found it difficult to sleep through."

"The breakfast was so great! Location was awesome to walk or catch the hop on hop off buses. Great with M&S right by to get great food and guilds restaurants, including the one in the hotel. Great things on tap too in the bar. We would definitely stay there again if we arrive at Waterloo station."
