"Yes very helpful and excellent location"

"Great location for the train station, with plenty of local shops and places to eat."

"Very nice property. Conveniently located across the street from the train station. The room is VERY small."

"The best thing about this hotel is its location (incredibly close to the station) and its staff (friendly and very helpful). It is a very tired looking hotel so really needs an upgrade. Same format room as every other Dormy Inn one I have stayed in."

"Great location and the owners were just so wonderful. It's an authentic ryokan, which is what we were looking for. It's not "upscale" like a modern Japanese hotel, but that was the opposite of what we were looking for. Owners were so attentive and lovely."

"Very good staff and clean rooms"

"Overall great experience with the hotel, breakfast was excellent, good variety, staff was helpful with great suggestions of things to see and do, room was clean and well stocked. We would stay here again."

"Great, clean, and reliable service!"

"Good breakfast choices, friendly and helpful staff . Laundry facility available."

"Staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. Room was neat and tidy on arrival and each return. Close to plenty of bars and restaurants, and less than a 10 minute walk to Nagano Station. I would stay again!"

"Good hotel"

"A beautiful full-service experience that exceeded our expectations. The included dinners and breakfasts not only tasted good, but also taught us about Japanese culture and customs. Thank you to all staff for providing the experience."
