"The girl that welcomed us was very sweet and helpful at check in. The room was clean and exactly as advertised. We really enjoyed the unique experience. The free coffee and tea was wonderful. We didn't use the kitchen but it was a very nice set up. The location was the only complaint I have but that has nothing to do with the overall experience of the hotel."

"Beautiful hotel with great staff. Roomy rooms and the public bath access was a great end to the day."

"Excellent"

"Clean large room. Good beds. Nice bathrooms. Great lobby. Gym small but clean and adequate. Great location. Friendly front desk staff."

"Very clean and convenient,"

"Room too small for a Gate 1 Discovery. We had to upgrade ourselves. Room 641 no view whatsoever."

"I cant say enough great things about this hotel. Staff SOOO helpful and kind, extremely comfortable beds, beautiful onsen, beautiful interiors, lovely and varied breakfast, free coffee 24 hours...I want to cone back and I just left! 20 minute easy walk to Kyoto station or taxi readily available. Stay here!"

"Great selection at breakfast"

"High end hotel and it holds the mark. Excellent breakfast buffet"

"Fine but very small room"
