"The rooms at this resort were very clean. The staff was competent and very kind. I never saw one staff member on their phone - their full attention was to the guests. I loved the location of the resort. We were able to go for walks on fifth avenue mornings and evenings."

"The resort was nice. Great beach. Nice pools. Scuba shop was good and dive masters were great. Food at the resort wasn’t great other than the specialty restaurants but reservations are limited. A lot of the buffet food was cold when it should be easy to keep it warm. "

"This resort checked all the boxes - beautiful ocean view and huge rooms stocked with amenities. Made my vacation (a 50th birthday trip with 7 friends from multiple locations) amazing. The food was resort food (fine, not exceptional except for the Mexican restaurant, where we went for food) but that's normal (having stayed at 5 resorts in the Caribbean, this is totally the way it is), and you get a lot of value for the money. "Absolutely perfect stay at the Intercontinental. The beach has some of the clearest water I've ever seen and the pool area is also so lovely. We watched the sunset every night from the beach or restaurants. All the staff were really friendly and helpful and the breakfast is great. Would 100% come back again!"
