"The staff were very welcoming and made me feel at home everything was explained and shown in a clear manner, the rooms were kept very clean and spacious, the food from the buffet was amazing I have no complaints about this place and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Castries or the surrounding areas"

"This was a great resort with great and helpful staff. Nice views and nice pools. The only thing that can improve is the foods and drinks. The quality of the food for majority of restaurants such as Zen, the steakhouse and Grazie Italian restaurant was not the best; and very long wait times for entree’s to arrive, majority of restaurants took over an hour to bring the food. And there wasn’t a great selection for drinks to be honest. Also it is very far from the airport, takes about 1.5 to 2 hours to get to the resort which is on the total opposite side of the island from the airport. Other than that the amenities and staff were great. I would recommend it for someone who wants to go to an all-inclusive resort."

"This was our third visit to The BodyHoliday in St Lucia, and we love it just as much as ever! It’s a beautiful, relaxing place, perfect for unwinding and enjoying a wonderful holiday. One highlight is the daily spa treatments, which are a real treat and make the experience even more special. We also love the water sports, which are always a big part of our stay. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always helpful, and the food is lovely, with plenty of choice. Everything about this place makes it so easy to relax, recharge, and enjoy every moment. We have wonderful memories from each visit and already can’t wait to go back! Highly recommended for anyone looking for the perfect mix of relaxation, activities, and a little bit of paradise."

"A Hidden Gem in Saint Lucia with Unforgettable Hospitality! Our stay at Villa Vino & Helen’s Wine Cellar in Marigot Bay was truly unforgettable! From the breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea and lush tropical greenery to the beautiful pool just outside our balcony, this place felt like a little piece of paradise. The villa itself is spacious, elegant, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Every detail reflects the care and personality Helen has put into creating such a special space. But what made our experience exceptional was Helen herself. A Saint Lucia native, she is genuinely one of the kindest and most hospitable people we’ve encountered while traveling. She welcomed us with chilled lavender-scented towels and delicious homemade rum punch. At one point, she noticed my partner and I were hungry and, completely out of the kindness of her heart, spontaneously prepared us a homemade meal. It was such an unexpected and thoughtful gesture that we’ll never forget. Helen’s Wine Cellar is another wonderful highlight, offering an elegant atmosphere, a lovely selection of wine and spirits, delicious rum punch, and great company. And waking up to those incredible ocean and forest views every morning was simply magical. We’ve stayed in beautiful places before, but it’s rare to find somewhere that combines breathtaking scenery, comfort, and such genuine hospitality. Helen has created something truly special,"

Windjammer Landing Resort and Residences

"Windjammer Landing is undeniably a beautiful property in St. Lucia, with gorgeous surroundings and a wonderful Caribbean atmosphere. Unfortunately, my stay came with a rather unexpected souvenir…..a broken toe! A word of caution about the stairs in the lobby area: Some are slightly uneven, so be mindful of your footing. I learned this the hard way, and breaking a toe just before a European vacation was certainly not part of my itinerary! What disappointed me most, however, was that not a single manager checked on me throughout the remainder of my stay to see how I was doing. For a resort of this caliber, I would have expected a little more personal attention and concern following an injury on the property. That said, I do want to recognize the wonderful restaurant staff, who were incredibly accommodating. They provided an extra chair and ice so I could elevate my injured foot while enjoying my meals. The nurse was also very friendly, helpful, and attentive, which I truly appreciated. Overall, Windjammer Landing is a beautiful resort, and there were staff members who genuinely went out of their way to make me comfortable. Unfortunately, the lack of follow-up from management left a disappointing impression. A little genuine concern goes a long way, especially in hospitality."

"This was nearly perfect. I traveled around the world, and as a Cameroonian/American, the Caribbean feels like my second home; I love traveling. Saint Lucia captured my heart and attention, mainly because of the excellent staff—very professional, kind, and respectful. From activities, food, logistics, housekeeping, services, to transportation, everything was top-notch. Abdulla, the preferred manager, went above and beyond to accommodate us; he was very professional and made sure everything was going smoothly during our stay. I am so grateful to the entire staff; I couldn't list all their names, but they are all very welcoming, professional, respectful, and kind. "We were greeted with welcome drinks(mimosas) on arrival. The front desk staff (Celus) was amazing! sharing very helpful tips and insights for tours and activities. the firefly studio views was just breathtaking! the other front desk staff ( Quana) was also very friendly and helpful and with a special request for a surprise setup in our room."
