"Beautiful hotel in a great neighborhood. Very quiet, very comfortable room. Everything was clean and comfortable and the staff was very nice. They upgraded us to a room with a balcony and that was lovely! There is massive construction going on at the building next door so we were woken up at 8am by drilling etc, but we were out and about all day so it wasn’t too much of a bother. Just something to keep in mind if you’re hoping for a quiet lay in. Beautiful walk across Green Park, easy access to tube and buses. We had a wonderful stay! "

"Really liked the hotel. Staff were super-friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. There was some noise during the night from the street, which they cannot control so unfair to judge on that front. The hotel was slightly dated, and that is the only reason that we marked 4* instead of 5*. Staff are absolute shining light!!!"

"The hotel was an absolute delight. The location is unbeatable, the property and decor are stunning, and the staff couldn’t possibly be more helpful and attentive. The cocktail bar is particularly terrific, with ton of creative, well-made and delicious drinks in the menu. I didn’t have dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, but breakfast was excellent. The rooms can be a little tight - that’s London - but who wants to be in them anyway? In any event, they are beautifully decorated, with spacious immaculate washrooms, and fantastic beds and linens. Highly recommended!"
