We were unable to book the breakfast on the Hotels App when I booked. Having eaten this morning, we then found out it was nearly £50 for the 2 breakfasts! I have never had such an expensive breakfast in my life. Our room was clean, but the catch on the window was loose, which left a gap, so we heard the traffic noise in the night. If only we'd realised before we went to bed, but it was too late to ask for a different room by then. The hotel was clean, but not a good value breakfast

Se avessi fatto la recensione il primo giorno sarebbe stato meno di una stella, ho prenotato la stanza deluxe della quali le foto sono ben chiare su tutte le piattaforme, tra l altro come cortesia ho lasciato pure una nota chiedendo di tenere un occhio di riguardo per una stanza rinnovata con una finestra più grande, ma mi è stata assegnata una stanza completamente opposta a quel che avevo tenuto a far conto (quasi apposta) . ho pagato di più per una deluxe per cosa, se poi devo accettare una camera minore?? Il ragazzo alla reception ha contattato il “ manager” notturno che invece di trovare una soluzione , era molto interessato a farmi un upgrade a pagamento, tra l altro molto rude e maleducato nei miei confronti, non ha saputo svolgere nulla che facesse parte del suo ruolo, se fosse solamente per lui lo sconsiglierei davvero. O almeno rivedrei la sua posizione di “manager notturno “ perché non penso sia in grado di coprire il ruolo nemmeno per 4 minuti, proprio per una mancanza di empatia con il cliente e mancanza di professionalità e problem solving, mancanza di buona comunicazione. (Mancanza di tutto) Fortunatamente il giorno dopo ho avuto modo di parlare con il vero manager dell hotel, il quale ci ha trovato una soluzione adeguata, semplicemente una camera simile a quella che avevo fondamentalmente prenotato. Tanto che nelle stanze deluxe l arredamento è più moderno , ci sono i kit di cortesia, sono più spaziose; praticamente una netta differenza con la prima .
