"Parking was easy and secure. Room was clean and comfy. Front desk was so kind. They even held on to my daughter’s AirPods when she left them in our room after check out. "

"The hotel was a clean but unfortunately when I arrived I didn’t know that parking was an extra charge per day. And if you want to self park it’s half a block away. We had to switch room through the night due to the ac going out, other people we’re having a similar problem so it took them a bit to get my room switched."

"The hotel itself was fine, no complaints and no rave review factors. But the front door bellman / host Prince really made the difference for my stay. So welcoming and friendly, knew where everything was, knew who to ask for what at any time of the day, was accommodating even when I arrived at the hotel late just trying to find something to eat. 10s across the board; he’s the reason I’m returning for my next work trip. "

"Very convenient location but don't expect much. The coffee machine in the lobby is great but my room had many issues - the iron was broken, closeup mirror in the bath room was broken, under the bathroom sink cabinet was scary dirty! And you get a desk with a TV on it and no lamp so don't expect to get much work done in your room. The bed was comfortable, sheets and linens were clean, overnight lobby security was a nice touch and the location is very convenient. Check in was inordinately long and I had to actually wake up the girl at the desk to checkout (yep - she was asleep at the desk). I would consider this an adequate place to stay just lower your expectations. "

"False advertising - that’s not a breakfast. Also bar is “closed for the season”?? Not sure what season would be appropriate but SF seemed incredibly busy."

"It's an old hotel but I was comfortable there, waiting for my husband's bypass surgery. Neighborhood feels safe and is walkable, actually plenty of parking, room was simple but comfortable enough for what it is. Beds very firm but I don't mind that. A very squishy floor in one corner of the room that sunk quite a bit when I walked over that part. I would return if I ever needed a quick place to stay in SF that is very reasonably priced."
