"Hotel was a little older. They recently acquired the property and have done an amazing job. Staff unbelievable, room was updated and excellent. The breakfast everyday is absolutely spectacular. I would highly recommend and will be booking it again. Did I say the location couldn’t have been better."

"Shops nearby were helpful. Super close to a big Macy’s that had food options and in walking distance of a Trader Joe’s. The pool was under maintenance while we stayed which we were not informed about before hand. That was disappointing. "

"The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The lobby area is cute with snacks to purchase, and a great free breakfast. They also do cookie hour in the afternoon :) They have bicycles you can take out (free) which were a major plus as I was able to stroll around the bay and pier with them. Overall great stay for the price and location "

"Rooms were clean, bed was a bit firm though. Property was a little old but otherwise is decent condition. Our bathroom did have a loose tile that made the toilet off balance, but since we were barely there we didn’t notice. Lobby was a bit dated, but check in was fairly easy. Also MUNI being right out our door was a plus"
