"We had an amazing stay at Panoramic Hotel. The concierge is wonderful- we were able to communicate with them via WhatsApp to schedule a ride from the hotel to a vineyard and to and from the airport. The room was lovely and clean, with a balcony overlooking Isola Bella. Our room was a nice size and with a large shower. The hotel provides flip flops and a bag that can be used as a beach bag. "Fantastischer Blick vom Balkon oder der Terrasse auf den Ätna. Anfahrt etwas tricky, denn nicht dem Navi folgen, sondern den braunen Schildern „centro storico“ bzw. „municipio“. Liebevolles Zimmer, sehr nette Virginia. "

"I'm spoiled. More pricy than I usually spend but so well worth it! Our rooms were lovely (Hotel graciously accommodated a room mix-up.) Little extras here and there. Breakfast was lovely, and the sky bar commanded fantastic view of Mt Etna. Lovely staff (even sent us off to the airport at 4 in the morning with fresh strawberries and croissants.) Steam shower was not working properly and shower doors kept getting stuck to open. The room gets very hot because of orientation. A/C only works if you call the lobby the controls did not work in the room. Overall nice spaciouse rooms with minor details with the shower doors and A/C"
