"Great hotel thank you"

"The staff here are wonderful, very friendly and kind. Special thanks to the check-in staff, the doorman, and the wait staff in the Irish Bar. We stayed in an accessible room on the mezzanine floor which, unfortunately, was a little disappointing when compared with the rest of the hotel. Although the room was spotlessly clean, the decorations were tired, with a huge hole in the bathroom door where there had obviously previously been a hoist. There was no shower curtain, and no wardrobe or hanging rail for clothes. I understand that some sacrifices have to be made in an accessible room but that does seem like an oversight. I would still give the hotel five stars though as, apart from the niggles with the room, we had a wonderful stay. We will definitely return."

"I love everything about this hotel. It’s so convenient to everything in London yes, there’s not crazy amount of amenities but the rooms are comfortable. They’re clean. There’s a lot of space super great hotel."
