"I stayed at the Cordis with a group of friends, as we were all attending Synthony in the Domain. This was my first stay at the Cordis and it will now be my go-to for all trips to Auckland. I loved everything about this hotel. The spacious rooms, the divinely comfortable “Dream Beds,” the gym facilities, the pool and hot tub, the convenience of being able to order an amazing room service meal at midnight with so many great options on the menu. The service was impeccable from every staff member I encountered. A special shout out to Brent (Head of Valet) for going above and beyond - ensuring we were all looked after in a timely manner with prompt access to our vehicles as needed - whilst managing his team and running a silky smooth flawless operation. His attention to detail is impressive, and he dresses like he means it. Great sense of personal style, and witty banter. I loved my weekend at the Cordis and didn’t want it to end. Will be back again soon. "

"Great value and quality for the budget. The only notable complaint really was the TV lacked HDMI input for my laptop to connect with. Oh and no window that could be opened was a slight bummer, but this was the studio room without a kitchenette, other rooms may have that? Very clean and modern feel, it was quite comfortable for a night's stay with a nice shower and light access throughout (dimmer of some sort for the bathroom might have been appreciated, mirror had several light modes via a touch button on its surface, but these were quite bright when waking up at night as I have trouble staying asleep when not in my own bed). Would recommend! :)"

"Enjoyed everything about this hotel. The location was great - close to attractions, but quiet. Staff were friendly. We didn’t go to the restaurant/bar, but it looked nice. The room was spacious, pillows were nice and they even had a pillow bar, bed was comfortable, everything was well decorated. Price was great. Even the lobby smelled nice. Great experience"

"This was our second stay here, we booked it again as it was a great price and we loved the amenties -the 'library' and bar, restaurant. Unfortunately it wasnt very clean, the shower was filthy and there was short black curly hair stuck to walls in the shower, plus smudges all around the walls (I wiped one of the marks to see if it was stained and it came off easily). After they "cleaned it" the marks were still on the walls. We only stayed for one night and had an event so didn't spend much time in the room or would have requested a room change. We also requested a car park and was told they had run out of tickets, but we could just pay for it at the carpark building itself and it would only be $32. unfortunately it was $50 instead, so was a shame to be told differently by the staff. The design and vibe of the place is really cool, so hopefully with some training and proper cleaning it will improve. "
