"Staff discriminated against my partner when he tried to check in. We were treated well by the manager once I laid a complaint. The man on the after hour phone service was unhelpful and rude. We did get two nights complimentary but suggest staff undergo cultural competency training. "

I would recommend this hotel in central business district to anyone visit ting Auckland as it is convenient too many things and almost everywhere by Uber Inexpensively."

We are deeply disappointed in the service- and to be offered no compensation apart from an “upgrade next time we stay” dissappointing.
