"The room needs to be updated. The slider doesn’t shut tight or lock. We heard loud music every night till after mid night. The condo should have some beach towels, sand toys, sun umbrellas and beach chairs. It also didn’t have enough toilet paper, no dishwashing soap, and no dust pan. We bought one and left it there. The stove and lamps were old and rusty. The beds were HORRIBLE!!!!!! All the other things we could deal with bc the property was on the beach but man those beds must be 30 years old. Springs digging into us all night."

"It's a 2 star hotel for a reason. However, the overall stay was fine. All staff we encountered were super friendly & helpful. No bugs spotted (other reviews say otherwise) & the room stayed relatively cool. The elevator barley works, at one point we thought we were going to get stuck because the doors would only open a couple of inches then closed back immediately. Parking is open to the public, so it was difficult to find a spot. We walked as often as we could because once you leave your spot is gone. If you're like my family & only need a place to sleep & shower, it's sufficient & budget friendly."

Sea Crest Oceanfront Resort

"We had an oceanfront king in the tower. The room was good everything was comfortable except the mattress was way too soft and seemed to sink towards the middle. I liked the location of the hotel but disliked having to park across the street. This was my first stay at Sea crest as the location is where we like to be when at myrtle Beach. We usually choose hotel blue or captain's quarters. Sea Crest is a contender. I'd give it another shot."
