"One of the best hotels we have stayed at in Italy, the rooms were spotless the staff was great and the hotel restaurant was excellent l normally stay away from hotel restaurants but this was an exception, breakfast was excellent also,it was great to come back to this hotel after the wonderful chaos of Naples.
The decor is tastefully done with soft relaxing colors.
The location is so convenient right across from the train station."

"Not sure if “Smart Hotel” refers having colourful LED lights in the room but the Wi-Fi is anything but smart! Even with a different password provided by the staff the weak signal made working, streaming, or using the smart TV impossible. There’s also a list of rules, including no food or drinks in rooms. On the plus side, quiet rooms and comfortable beds."

"The room was modern and comfortable. This small hotel is the top floor of the building and has access to a rootop terrace. It's located on a pedestrian street filled with restaurants and shops. The desk clerk was very nice and helpful, including with suggestions on where to go. Note that the desk is staffed only for a few hours every day and you need to let them know when you'll be checking in so someone can be there. We checked out very early in the morning and found it charming that we had to...

"Don't be fooled by the name, this is not a hotel. I was really disappointed that this was not an actual hotel but instead was just a room for rent. If we didn't have whatsapp we would not have been able to communicate with the host.
Room sheets were not clean, on either bed. The windows would not close all the way and as a result, misquotes were EVERYWHERE, eating us alive as we slept.
I would not stay here again."

"The staff was so friendly and helpful. Gave great tips on how to get around, places to see and eat. They were able to check us in early as well. Breakfast in the morning was good and convenient. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and we had a balcony. The room was refreshed daily as well. We were a little away from the main historic center which is what we wanted so it was quiet and there was a great restaurant on the same block for dinner and good rooftop bars close by.
