"Our balcony was very dirty looks like it hadn’t been clean in a few weeks and our room was sub par. most of the plug outlets were broken and room phone didn’t work so had to walk all the way to reception to place an order. Housekeep walked in when we had our ‘do not disturb’ button switched on. far from great customer service. 3/5 stars "

"Wifi was unusable! Nice rooms. Next to a church that began singing every day at 5am. Breakfast was more Western than Cantonese. No dim sum. 7 tv stations. Shuttle was 20 cheaper than a taxi. And nicer. Good water pressure and heat. AC was a bit strange. Room windows are not oriented towards the water. Perfect central location."

My room was just the perfect fit, had everything that I needed. One thing that is lacking, should have phones in the room, other than that. Amazing hotel, good location to town. Service amazing.
