The hotel is beautiful, well situated in the city centre close to everything you need. Overall it was an amazing stay and it’s clear that the hotel cares deeply for ensuring every stay meets their expectation and when it doesn’t, they go above and beyond to rectify that. "Great hotel in a great location. Hotel staff are a credit to the property and were fantastic. If you need a city centre hotel to explore Liverpool then I'd highly recommend. Bar was also a highlight. Great cocktails and atmosphere. Rooms are huge with high ceilings and period features retained"
