"The hotel is close to all tourist area to enjoy your stay in Niagara Falls, Breakfast at the hotel also feels good to see the falls while eating. Foods are the usual food you see in a buffet hotel breakfast. Room looks clean, will definitely recommend to stay & if ever we go back there we'll definitely book with Brook hitel again"

"Great hotel for the location and price! We had a spacious, newly renovated room and were pleasantly surprised by how nice it was for a budget-friendly hotel. The bathroom didn’t have a tub, but it had a walk-in shower with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner conveniently provided in wall-mounted pumps. I was especially impressed that the room included a hairdryer with a diffuser attachment, which was a nice unexpected touch! The beds were a little squeaky and quite bouncy, but overall, the room was comfortable and exceeded my expectations. The breakfast wasn’t anything spectacular, but it was great to have it included in the price. Free parking was also a definite bonus. Overall, I was very impressed with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and budget-friendly option in a great location."
