"Very basic accommodations. However, I have to mention the soaking tub and shower room, it was the best part of my stay. After a long day of train rides, walking, and sightseeing it was a joy to end the day with a hot soak. Bring your bath salts with you. "Don’t be fooled by having a stay at a hotel with metal shipping containers for rooms, they are very practical and extremely well put together in the interior. We stayed for only one night to go to Universal Studios the next day and saying we were comfortable would be an understatement. Accessible A/C, TV, comfortable futons and bedding accessories, kitchen with fridge and freezer and small cooktop, a safe, and plenty bathroom amenities. Would definitely suggest coming here to stay for a few...

"Our family enjoyed a four night stay at Hotel Keihan Universal. The primary draw was obviously the location next to USJ, but it served us well during the other parts of our Osaka travels as well. The room was very clean, staff were welcoming, the breakfast buffet was phenomenal, and the onsen was a really nice addition. Specifically we enjoyed the spaciousness of the room for our family of four, along with the in-room refrigerator and tea kettle. Dining options next to the hotel were plentiful, which made it easy to grab dinner or a snack after a long day. Its proximity next to the train station made it easy to access. We also appreciated the onsite washers and dryers, which allowed us to pack lighter on our trip."
