The onsen was in great condition, loved the free ice creams and morning drinks as well as some nice soft pillows on request. Didn’t try the late night ramen but a nice touch. Staff were friendly and helpful. "

"This is my fifth stay at Granvia Okayama. Elegant, comfortable, and convenient. I asked for extra bath towels, and they were delivered within 5 minutes. I didn't opt for the hotel breakfast, since there are so many convenient and less expensive options in the station area."
