"This is a huge, busy hotel. Our room was large, clean and properly equipped, if unexciting. Plastic and paper cups were a cheap touch but the towels were wonderful. There was no view. Our bar experience was disappointing, with only one working bartender and no table service for a rather large crowd. The breakfast was impressive with fresh fruit, eggs, sausage, pancakes and pastries. Even at 7 am it was crowded, although there was plenty of seating, by the time we left, all the tables looked to be taken. Great location for walking the Fisherman's Wharf area and walking distance to our cruise dock."

"Breakfast in bed was really nice. And the outside deck has terrific views. There was plenty of provisions- coffee, tea, water, as well as wine and cheese spread and cookies every day. Planning to stay again already, next time bringing my son with us who is a foodie. Top restaurants right next door with amazing waterfront views."

"Location is picturesque, Tiburon is a very beautiful area with lots of outdoor activities as well as high end dining and shops if that’s suits you. We visited Angel Island by ferry which was fun. Check in was very easy and parking is super convenient on the premises. The hotel is outdated and the rooms are very basic close to à 2 star quality. Shower had poorly repaired fixtures, hole in th ceiling, paper thin walls, blinds that didn’t work. Not what you’d expect for $400+ per night. Pool was lovely and lounge beds were pretty cool. Rooms need to be updated or bring down the price considerably. I can’t see visiting again at à price higher than $125 night."

"No microwave or fridge in the room - and the room itself looked nothing like the photos posted. My shoes stuck to the floor (could be leftover cleaning solution) and there were dustballs of hair in the corner of the closet, which didn’t have doors. The person who checked us in at the front desk and got us extra pillows was super friendly and quick! Booked the hotel for price and location - it is what it is."
