"We were upgraded to a beautiful bedroom that was spotlessly clean. The staff were professional and helpful particularly the receptionists, bar and restaurant staff. Our room was serviced perfectly every day and the young man who helped us with our room was kind and attentive. The food we ate, breakfast and dinner was cooked well, tasted fresh and full of flavour. We didn't eat lunch there but this was because we were out every day. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough, it's located in the centre of town and has so much character, we would definitely stay there again. Thanks to everyone at The George!"

Majestic Hotel Eastbourne by Belvilla

"The stay was okay, although the property is a bit farther from the train station and the main tourist attractions than I expected. The room was generally clean. However, when I switched on the electric fan, a lot of dust blew out because it was very dusty. I had to take the fan downstairs to the reception and ask for it to be cleaned. Also, under the side table is dusty. Another concern was that there was no phone in the room, making it difficult to contact reception quickly, especially in case of an emergency. It would be much more convenient to have a faster way to reach the staff when assistance is needed."

"I had a wonderful stay! The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, and all the amenities were in excellent condition. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job, and the overall cleanliness was outstanding. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience."
