"If you’re traveling to Hakone, this hotel offers a private in-room hot spring. I would highly recommend it to anybody who’s looking to relax. The room is large and spacious, and so is the bath and shower. It was truly a relaxing few days that I spent in Hakone."

"Very clean and organized hotel. They are very strick as to check-in time. Guest form a line to check-in at 3pm. They have a courtesy shuttle bus between train station to hotel . Also storage lockers at no charge are available. Excelent breakfast ."

Fast and friendly service. Used the shuttle service to and from station. Make sure you book your time before checkout, slots get filled up. My group walked to the lake, and nearby grocery and convenience stores."
