"Parking and surrounding outdoor areas are a bit sketchy at night. But I definitely hive 5 Stars and both thums up to the Gracious and bright manager Juan and his entire front desk staff and xlnt housekeeping and maintenence staff. I have visited this Palm Springs hotel for years and it has never been run this well and maintained this nice. Juan and his team all deserve a rai$e so you dont lose them!!!"
