"We came from NY for a family baby shower. The reviews were harsh for this place some wasn’t. We had a great experience, place was clean. No breakfast, free parking and around a lot of store which was awesome. TV channels were limited. Other than that staff was helpful and pleasant. Pool was nice. I will stay here again. One little thing I wasn’t a fan of. People bringing their dogs. The whole floor reeked of dog smell. It was terrible. Maybe choose one floor to put guest with animals my suggestion. Therefore other guests are not bothered. The charge $100 deposit which you have to wait to get back. Definitely will staff here again."

Omni Providence Hotel

"The location is very convenient as the hotel is attached to the convention center on one side and the Providence Mall on the other side. Both are accessible through enclosed walkways. It is also within walking distance of most attractions, the train station, and fine restaurants. I also appreciated the in-room amenities, like complimentary bottled waters and robes. My only complaint is that the pillows were very hard and heavy, but I did find one extra pillow in the closet that was acceptable. Overall, my husband and I were pleased and would stay here again."

"Rooms are clean and made up daily. Beds are comfortable. Staff are pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast had many choices and coffee available all day and night. Place is reasonably quiet. Really no complaints over 5 days."
