"Room overlooking the beach but no balcony. Fan but no AC. A little noisy at night until about 10:30 pm due to activities outside."

"Location was immaculate! Staff was very friendly and always ready to help which is amazing. The room we had was clean and very spacious. My only complaint was we booked a room with a balcony and we did see pictures with a very big balcony and chairs. Ended up with a two foot by six foot “balcony” but the view was still kind of worth it. Thankfully we were less than ten minutes away from all main shops and the pier. My other big issue was the vending machines. Most of them were out of order or saying please select a different option. All together the experience was very pleasant. If people want a great hotel with amazing staff please look into the Hyatt. Just know you might have to stop by 7-11 for some snacks or drinks. "

"Hotel was nice. Neighborhood felt sketchy. Scruffy people around, some homeless people sleeping on the beach. Noisy during the day from the music being played on the beach. Bed was comfortable. Nespresso coffee was a nice addition. "

"Clean room and wifi. Staff was friendly enough. Nothing stood out. The walls are thin here so I wouldn't expect a quiet night if the neighbors are up. There's also no way to get back into your room at night if you lock yourself out (which I did)."

"The hotel is relatively basic, it doesnt have air con and when we checked in the heating was on in the room which was unbearable. We checked in late and it was easy enough but we were told to be careful with key cards near phones as they could demagnetise. Reception is meant to be open until midnight but at least twice we came back at 11pm and it was already closed, fortunately our key cards worked or I'm not sure what we would have done! The area around the hotel is fine during the day but its sketchy at night, I wouldn't advise walking around in the dark. The walls are thin and you can hear everything next door, upstairs, in the corridor etc"
