"The location and vibe was perfect for us! The room was simple, neat, clean and they honored our request for a room with the couch. The bathrooms could use an update or refresh. They are dated. The restaurant was delicious and a nice surprise in this sleepy town. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Took advantage of yoga which was great. The pools are very small but lots of lounges, hammocks, ping pong and a great lending library! Will definitely return to this sleepy but fabulous town! "

"The whole place was spotless and staff were wonderful. Usually we stay close to the water but in tamarindo that means being in the noisier part of town. So we opted for this place and used their shuttle to go back and forth. Loved the tranquility, the views of the ocean and the visit from the group of monkeys right at eye level off the back deck.
