"My family of four only needed one night and we were delighted with the hotel the staff and grateful that the hot tub was actually hot and running currently there is construction across from the rooftop swimming pool, but that’s beyond their control and we still made the best out of the situation Music was playing, and the bartender was able to bring drinks from the main bar up to the rooftop bars, the view the ambience is great during the day as well as night in the heart of the downtown area where many shops the beach is closed by tons of restaurants we did eat at the Yum Yum for breakfast Very good food good coffee, lattes, and Matcha tea. Everyone very friendly and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again."

"Staff was amazing, we have a realy good time at the pool food was delicious, we have a great view on our ocean front room we enjoyed every morning with my coffee the beach is very little spot almost none but we still have a good time on the cabana. The room was very clean the only thing that I think is a little outdated they need to improve a little bit on that but overall Great experience!!"

"Great layout of resort. Beach during time we were there was not swimmable. Choose beach bungalows overlooking the ocean top bungalow if possible. Even if you get meal deals be prepared to pay tips at every meal. Very relaxing and staff is helpful. Get to meals early when it opens because when busy or towards end it feels rushed. Area felt very safe. Tours recommended by onsite tour guide were great! "

"I enjoyed my time until the last night! I changed rooms a few times on purpose to check them out! All were good except the last day & night. I went to check in I immediately felt claustrophobic. I returned to the front to explain I paid for the balcony and I refused to stay that room! The Receptionists told me there is NO CONTACT NUMBER for anyone only an email address to "info". I was very concerned and at that time learned there is no one to rectify issues immediately. We both sent emails and she did receive a response to change my room. She told me I was "going be upgrade without charge", my response was "No, I paid for the balcony room" Otherwise she was polite but she is only capable of checking you in! I dropped my bags and left. Came back at midnight to learn the shower didn't work and cant be fixed until next morning. Note: they are VERY STRICT about checking in & checking out at EXACTLY 3PM no time sooner, even if the room is ready and available. I thought it could be a simple switch of rooms especially because the room was ready, because she stated it was however they dont allow early entries. She told me "Im sorry, please wait 10 more minutes" when I asked to go in at 2:45pm. "

"Todo estuvo excellente, la atencion es buenisima nos sentimoa super consentidos, deade la llegada lezlie la recepcionista es super amable y amigable nos hizo el check in tan suave, nos dieron mimosas de bienvenida, la comida esta muy rica, en el restaurante mexicano tienen musica en vivo x las noches, carlos(charlie) como le llamamos mi esposo y yo, fue super atento no dudaba en recomendarnks y prepararnos tragos deliciosos, las hostess de los restaurantes super profesionales y el mesero del rooftop francisco es super buena onda, en general todos los meseros y todo el personal es muy atento de verdad 20/10 recomiendo este hotel y su servicio, sin duda regresaremos"

"All the stuff working in this hotel are amazing they help me to all my needs, the hotel it self is okay you got what you pay for. Its a bit outdated but the location is great. Housekeeping is available everyday it just the house keeping attendant don’t clean very well thats my only concern. Other than that great people and good hotel for its price."

"Everything about this trip was just perfect. The room was excellent. The staff was perfect. The food was beyond great! We had an ocean front room and loved every minute of this trip. We would go back to this place for sure! If you can afford the Presidential Suite, it's a must do!"
