Fernando and the rest of the staff were incredible friendly and so helpful. Our room was absolutely beautiful, clean and well prepared. We enjoyed every meal we ate at their restaurant and we loved the local spider monkeys who stopped by for bananas throughout day during our stay.

This place is beautiful!! Room was clean, had all amenities needed and the a/c was heaven!! The only thing was the futon bed wasn’t the coziest to sleep on however the main bed was comfortable! As for the food it was good and fairly priced. Our favourite part of it was our concierge Fernando, he went above and beyond for us! he was knowledgeable, friendly and super helpful! Will definitely be back!

Our stay at Terasu Riviera Maya was truly wonderful. The hotel’s secluded location provided a peaceful and private atmosphere, allowing us to fully relax and unwind. Beautiful jungle hotel! Fernando is an excellent host along with attentive staff members. Food is excellent and location is easy to get to. The rooms are comfortable and detailed with perfect lighting. The living room and bedroom each has its own mini split AC. Bar on site as well. Very clean and safe! True gem to get away from it all.

An incredible value. An amazing retreat into the jungle after a day of exploring. See monkeys in the morning, have a relaxing massage on the rooftop while an iguana keeps you company. The staff is there for whatever you may need. Pool is cold and refreshing. The rooms are so clean and nice! Great great value for the very reasonable price. Will be recommending to friends!
