"The stay was okay, but the hotel was unbearably crowded with Germans and their noisy children, to the point that I was counting the days until I could leave and finally have some peace."

"Great property, lots of amenities, nice staff, clean room, beautiful sandy beach with crystal clear water, nice location convenient to Alcúdia shopping but still in a quieter area. Has a secure place to keep your luggage before and after checkout so you can continue to enjoy the beach. Would definitely stay there again."

"Very warm welcome with a welcome drink offered and bags taken to the room while we checked in. Was given clear information at check-in about dining, drinks and the 2 pools. We were wowed by our deluxe room with pool view and balibed on the balcony. The room was a good size, with a coffee machine, bottles of water, fridge and flip flops and dressing gowns provided. The room was quiet and a huge comfy bed. All staff we met were friendly. We saw a couple of shows which were good. The food was good for a buffet and very good value for money. However, if you do not like fish or spicy food it was a bit limited some nights, although there was always the option of having steak/chicken cooked for you to order on the grill. The were a couple of negatives. Firstly the opaque shower room walls and door. if you put the light on when using the room at night it was so bright it lit the bedroom up and disturbed the other person in the room. We were aware of this before we went but it is still an annoyance. Secondly the drinks service at dinner was very hit and miss, with a long wait to order and receive drinks some nights depending where you sit. The staff also seemed to have trouble with electronic system for ordering, but as it was at the beginning of the season it could just have been due to new staff/systems. All in all a great stay and we would definitely go back."

"I booked this hotel without realising just how much entertainment and activities were included and it completely exceeded our expectations. The Woogy Club team and everyone working behind the scenes made my daughter holiday so special. She now can’t imagine going anywhere else for a holiday! The shows were absolutely amazing, and we’re genuinely gutted that we’ll miss The Lion King musical before we leave, although I have no doubt it would have been more fun than the West End version! The whole team were so lovely, funny and always happy to help with anything we needed. The cleaning staff were also incredibly kind, and I even had a lovely birthday surprise when a member of staff knocked on my door with a cake and sang Happy Birthday to me. This hotel is so much more than just a place to stay, it’s the people who make it truly special. Everyone goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and cared for. We couldn’t have been happier with our week at Alcudia Garden. Thank you all for the amazing entertainment, facilities, and unforgettable memories!"

Grupotel Maritimo

"I recently stayed at Grupotel Marítimo in Mallorca. While there are some strong positives, the drawbacks significantly affected my overall experience. Pros: The staff were exceptionally helpful and genuinely went above and beyond throughout the stay. The location is excellent — very close to the beach and easy to reach on foot. Breakfast was a standout, with a great variety of fresh, high-quality options. Cons: Sound insulation between rooms is extremely poor. You can clearly hear conversations and noise from neighbouring rooms, which made it difficult to relax or sleep properly. The hotel allows smoking, and cigarette smoke regularly drifts into rooms from nearby balconies. This was a major inconvenience and made the room uncomfortable at times. Overall: Grupotel Marítimo offers great service, a convenient location, and a fantastic breakfast, but improvements in soundproofing and stricter controls around smoking would significantly enhance the guest experience."
