"A pousada é simples mas tem uma localização ótima na principal rua de Porto Seguro bem próximo ao Mc Donalds, sorveteria coelhinho, banco do brasil e uma infinidade de lojas e restaurantes. O local parece seguro e considerei ser a melhor opção da região! Ótimo para ser um local com poucas diárias. Os quartos parecem estar passando por pequenas reformas. O local do café da manhã é simples mas atende bem as opções de um café! Pães, bolos, frios e frutas!

"O local é simplesmente perfeito! A piscina é uma delícia, muito bem cuidada. O café da manhã é ponto alto pois é servido no horário que pedimos e na nossa varanda, tornando tudo mais intimista. Pousada atende as expectativas, fica próximo as balsas e 10 minutos do aeroporto.

"Eu já conhecia a pousada quando era de um alemão , agora está um descuido total, não tem liderança os funcionários fazem do jeito deles, petiscos na praia chegava gelado, as caíras praia nos qie tínhamos que arrumar ninguém aparecia antes das 10:00 hrs, quarto ruim cama velha , wc precisando de reparos , vaso sanitário solto, café da manhã todos dias igual sem ninguém liderando os funcionários e não tina pra quem reclamar, tem que melhorar muito pra ser o que era antes "

"A estadia neste hotel é bom para quem fica muito tempo fora e só vai dormir, o quarto tem um pouco de cheiro de mofo, a tv não muito boa, o banheiro não tem tomada, o café é razoável, a equipe de atendimento é excelente, ou seja se você quer economizar e não é muito exigente vale a pena."

"Excellent hotel, very good breakfast, all staff were kind and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and has a nice pool. The only thing that was a safety concern to us is that there is no traffic lights to cross the street in front of the hotel and not all cars stop at the same time. We were crossing when the cars stopped, but a motorcycle didn't stop and almost hit us. It is not the hotel fault, but they should defenitely bring this concern to the city as it affects the hotel guests."

Horrendous smell throughout most of the property and unfortunately in particular in the area our room was in.
Our triple room, which we were forced to take due to being a couple travelling with an enfant, only had two small towels. The bed sheets were exactly the size of the beds, so you'd need to be able to play dead while sleeping in order to avoid ending up directly on filthy madresses.
The shower water heater didn't work, so only ice cold showers available.
The remote for the air conditioning wasn't working and the tv had one single channel available.

It's a bit far from most things in Porto Seguro, but it's very close to the airport. You'll need to climb a very steep hill, if you wanna to the walk there though.
The hotel has parking, but there is lots of available free street parking right outside the hotel.
There are pharmacies and restaurants close to the hotel."
"Staff were so nice and friendly! They helped me with everything including helping me contact tour guides, helping me find fun things to do, and helping me find transportation. They also allowed me to have a late checkout. The breakfast buffet was delicious!!"
