"The service was great from the time we arrived until we left. Huge factors are the way the staff treated us. Carolina was in charge of cleaning our room during our stay, she was so polite and always willing to help in any way she could. The drinks served by David at La Calle bar were delicious, he is very knowledgeable in his craft and very friendly. Not a fan of quesadillas but Mario sure found one I really loved and enjoyed it every morning. And lastly, Armando from Kopai just wow, he is very...

"Beautiful hotel and amazing food and service. Everything felt very luxurious and nothing was too much trouble. Beds were super comfortable too. Only issue we had was our room overlooked the marina side with a flat mosaic roof beyond our balcony and there was workman on the other side every day we were there, meaning the balcony was unusable."

"Room very nice. Food average and music wasn’t my taste"

"Very nice, peaceful stay."

"Our stay was truly amazing, from my first interactions with Juan Carlos and Maria at the front desk they ensured myself and guests were checked in (earlier than expected) and given fantastic suggestions for things to do throughout our stay. Ernesto ran activities and he was a JOY to work with, never thought I could like aqua games that much. Last but not least I want to thank Ernesto at the Bites Bar, he made sure each day spent by the pool was relaxing and full of drinks and food! I highly...

"Food is 10/10"

"Our stay at Beloved Playa Mujeres in Cancun was absolutely wonderful! The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and romantic, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy a little paradise. The staff was friendly and attentive, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was amazing from beginning to end. Every detail made our stay feel special, and we truly enjoyed the experience. I would definitely recommend Beloved to couples looking for a luxurious, intimate, and unforgettable getaway. We can’t...

"They try to sell you a timeshare. Very annoying. The view is not great. One side is construction. The other view is the pool. If you stare straight ahead you can see the ocen."

"Wonderful, will be back!"

"The resort staff was amazing!! The food was great, the speed was even better, water temperature really good!! Bars inside the pool were super cool, whole family had a blast!! I have 0 complaints. We will definitely go back."

"WOW! Did not expect such a beautiful stay as the one we had. My group had 2 rooms and they were both suites- ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. It was like a small apartment fully equipped with a washer and dryer! My parents absolutely loved this place. The entire staff was so pleasant especially the person who checked us in unfortunately I did for get his name. Very pleasant stay, we are so happy."

"I really liked this hotel and the comfort it provides is unmatched. Every one of the staff members is really attentive and nice. The only reason I’m giving it 4 starts instead of 5 is the food. Out of all the restaurants around this hotel, just one met my expectations."

"The staff are very familiar with us"

"It was nice."

"I did not like the dolphins in the water cage. Beautiful beach and views!"

"Every year I try different resorts for my birthday . First time here and man everything went perfect. As soon as we arrived the costumer service was perfect starting with Javier. The food was delicious , chef Elias made it feel like home. The environment is really relaxed, beach is beautiful, plenty of pools. I would defenetly come back"
