"Beautiful private villas that provide an exclusive feel. Each staff member provides a welcoming atmosphere and has the utmost professionalism. We got to meet many and many knew us by name by the end of our stay adding that personal touch. The villas are guarded 24/7 but a very respectful staff to ensure complete safety and piece of mind. "I was so excited to stay at this property to relax and enjoy the spa.
That was not to happen. I can be to blame, but I thought with this being small boutique exclusive villas it would not be an issue booking the spa. I even inquired about the spa several days before my arrival about that retreat, and have an email response there was room.
Upon check in, I was informed there was availability for a 30 minute spa session for my entire 3 nights I would be there. I was completely shocked.

The rooms were spotless, and the staff were extremely polite and helpful. Will visit here again for sure!!! Loved it. "Lovely resort with around 7 pools/lagoons (although we counted 9 or 10!) in the quiet part of South Bali. Right on the beach with easy walking to beachfront restaurants and Bali Collection shopping centre. The resort has traditional dance performances and kids activities. Would recommend!"
"What an amazing resort! This was the most visually stunning resort we’ve ever seen. And we have been to many. Amazing food quality, and extremely helpful, friendly staff. Balinese hospitality at its fullest. From the underwater restaurant, to the pools and beach club, that had a DJ every afternoon till night time. It’s a very large resort with many guests, including those that come for the day, or to the restaurants. Special shout out the staff at the Reef club and restaurant.
