"We chose this hotel/apartment because it has a fully stocked kitchen, beautiful location near the ocean, free parking, pleasant, and courteous staff and away from the hustle and bustle of downtown and only 10–15 minutes car ride away. there is a supermarket about five minutes drive and a few bars and restaurants around. and on top of it, the daily price is reasonable."

"The location of the hotel was in the middle of Ponta Delgada which was very beneficial. The facilities in the hotel were very good. Service and food in the restaurant and bar were also very good. "We really enjoyed the Rock Hostel. Our room was big and super clean and had a private bathroom. Internet worked great. The breakfast was amazing. We didn't use the pool but it looked fantastic as well. Definitely more of a hotel feel than a hostel. Highly recommend this place. "

"Great hotel and staff. No complaints other than a minor one at night somewhere in the area is very loud music till passed midnight and from room 305 you can hear it. Closing the patio door helps but then it gets stuffy. Other than that minor issue everything was wonderful. We used the vallet service to park and was well worth it. Free breakfast fantastic pool very nice"

"El recepcionista fue amabilísimo, nos enseñó las instalaciones y propuso actividades que hacer en la isla. Estuvimos solo una noche (de paso) pero es un lugar donde me podría alojar más tiempo. La habitación (nº1) y el cuarto de baño eran amplísimos y muy limpios, la cama muy cómoda y grande. El comedor-cocina compartidos muy bien equipados, todo súper nuevo y moderno. ¡Lo recomiendo 100%!"
