"It is located in the best place in bangkok. Close to BTS, airport link and taxi and tuktuk are always near by. Surrounded by great massage places, restaurants and shops. The best part was it was close to the nice and cheap laundromat that delivered to the hotel. Only issues was AC and Wifi."

"The staff was the best. Daniel from front desk sent us a card and desert for our anniversary. Ann was a joy to speak with and so warm. Jake made our dinner experience at Sirocco. The experience was the best hotel experience we’ve ever had. We will absolutely be back."

"The Peninsula Bangkok is a special hotel with even more special people. I have travelled across the world and never had a better total experience at a hotel. From greeting at the arrival to assisting with departure. The room was exceptionally nice bathroom that included separate tub and shower. Daily housekeeping and turndown services were superb. In addition, daily delivery of complimentary light snacks added a nice touch. When I return to Bangkok, I will not have to do any hotel searches, as I know that I will return to the Peninsula Bangkok."

"Very fair value for money budget hotel, with helpful and friendly staff. Typical older-style rooms, with adequate but old fashioned bathroom facilities. For cleanliness I would give it 8 out of 10. The room was serviced daily with bottled water provded. The TV had only Thai speaking channels, though I did manage to watch You Tube thanks to a previous guest not having logged off. The hotel is located in a pretty dull neighbourhood with a couple of eating places ih the vicinity. It is a good 12 minute walk to the nearest BST (Saphan Taksin) and a good 22 to the MRT (Hua Lamphong). It's a perfectly good budget hotel for a night or 2 and it does have its own small restaurant."

"I came here for the first night of my honeymoon. The staff was very friendly, and even decorated the bed with rose petals (unprompted). It was a beautiful view from my room and the breakfasts was delicious. Wouldn’t change a thing! A great experience!"

"Excellent staff and unbeatable location, but showing its age We had a good family stay at Centre Point Plus Silom. Every member of staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and went out of their way to help us. - Prime Location: Direct access to a connected mall for food and groceries (Sushiro and MK were great), street stalls right outside, and a quick walk to Sathorn Pier for boat transit. - Spacious Rooms: Huge space for a family of 4, great city views, plus a fridge, microwave, and Japanese toilet. - Good Facilities: Pool, gym, and handy self-service laundry. Things that could be improved - - Impractical Layout: A lot of wasted space, and the bathroom has no frosted glass or privacy partitions between the toilet, shower, and sink. Only one person could use it at a time. - Maintenance: The room feels a bit dated with a faint stale smell. It was very loud due to two noisy AC units. We also had a water leak one night that staff fixed it quickly and apologised with a fruit basket, but it showed signs of poor maintenance. - Elevator Delays: Only two lifts for the building, leading to long waits during peak times. Overall we enjoyed the stay with location and excellent staff making up for the problems."
