There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space, as well as common areas where we could hang out when we wanted.Jeff is a great communicator and quick to respond. When he found out we would be checking in after dark, he made sure to leave some lights on so we would easily find the house and have it well lit when we entered the home. He even put up a Christmas tree to make us feel at home and welcomed.The house is close to a grocery store, restaurants, etc. and the neighborhood is very quiet. We will be back soon!!"

"Very unique basement apartment, well appointed furnishings. Fun activities available: darts, foose ball, pool table.Hard to find the entrance after dark, a motion light over the door would be helpful. Other than that it was very comfortable and clean."

"The house is located in a quiet neighborhood that is fairly easy to get to and has access to a walking trail and the park outside the back gate. The house is laid out to host a large group of people very comfortably and the bed was very comfortable too."
