"Clean room, excellent amenities, lovely onsen, convenience store in the building was extremely useful, gym on site was excellent (pay extra to use), and very conveniently located, within a short walk to the busiest areas of Osaka. Highly recommend!"

"Breakfast is only included for one person when booking not for an extras person. The food is alright . If you have picky eaters ( kids ). I’ll recommend you , just to go buy food outside or buy a one day breakfast to give it a try , instead of paying for your whole duration in advance."

"Stayed on 17th floor facing airport, amazing views, great amenities, a massive hotel with normal big hotel amenities (laundry service only). Comfortable beds and pillows. One downside was walls between rooms super thin, lady in room next door coughed all night long 😞, limited sleep had."
