The room was spacious and clean, and the light-colored walls made it feel bright and comfortable. The location near Vatican City was very convenient and a great choice for sightseeing. During my stay, the Wi-Fi became unavailable late on the first night and did not return before check-out after two nights. Mobile data reception inside the room was also limited, which may be inconvenient for guests who need reliable internet access.

The property is well located, surrounded by restaurants, a subway station, and the Vatican. The staff is also very supportive and responsive! However, in terms of comfort, the bed could be more comfortable, and the air conditioning less noisy

The price was good but overpriced for what you got. The room was unclean, there were splashes and marks all over the walls. The shower did not work very well, was weak and would randomly swap between the rainfall shower and the shower head. Despite being a non smoking room, the room and all the linen smelt strongly of cigarettes and we do not smoke. There was no tea spoon or milk for the teas and coffees so we had to go out and buy it ourselves and the TV remote did not work. We stayed for 4 nights and no form of cleaning was done and we had to use the same towels and bedding the whole stay. That being said, the check in was very well explained and easy to find.

The location was accessible to most attractions and close to the bus stop. The only thing im concerned is the fire safety issue of the door lock system not sure if its all the same in Rome but in case of emergency you should always have your door keys close to reach because its a double door and you cant just get out fast you need the keys to unlock both doors

We loved our stay here. Location was perfect, close to transport , shops and lots of restaurants. The triple room was very clean, big and the beds was so comfortable. The only thing that can be improved would have to be that the bathroom needs a blockout blind. Other than that our stay was amazing and the staff were very welcoming and when we asked for a late checkout it was no problem at all. If we come back to Rome we would definitely book this place again.

Nice room with a good bed and nice bathroom. Floor looked clean but a wipe with a clean towel proved it was filthy. A/C didn’t work and it was a hot two days. Also the keys didn’t work for the entrance to the building. But there was a shop outside that opened it each time I needed it.

Best location

The location is very good for going to the Vatican in the morning, and it is close to the metro station. There are many casual restaurants nearby. Room 103 The shower and furniture are a little worn, but it is kept clean.
