"It took me a while to write this review. I don’t really like to make negative reviews because sometimes people just have a bad day. This particular property has a systemic problem. We checked in at 4pm and requested extra pillows. At 7pm we didn’t have pillows so I sent a text to the chat. Chat told me they were on the way. 8:30 pm still no pillows. Text chat again, received an apology and assurances that they were on the way. 9:30 pm my wife goes to the front desk. We were told again that they were on the way. 10pm I go to the front desk. I tell them I’m not leaving the desk until I receive my pillows. They appeared quickly. I asked what the delay was and we were told by the manager on duty that housekeeping was on lunch…..for 6 hours. I then received a text that a resort charge of $65 was refunded as a courtesy. I never was told I would have a charge and to this day Ive not received a refund. The manager I spoke with took my contact information and assured me that Todd, the GM would reach out to me the next day. You can probably guess how that went. Never received so much as a text message. Like I said, it’s systemic failure. I’m not certain if Todd is a coward or just completely incompetent. I’d like to add that the other negative reviews regarding the sales pressure are accurate. We were stopped each time we walked in the lobby. BUYER BEWARE"
