"I enjoyed hearing about the history of the hotel. But I have one caveat ok maybe two. It would really be nice if the rooms had a small frig and maybe a microwave. Love, love, love the rooms. The beds and pillows are soooo soft. The best sleep I've had in ages. ."

"Front staff who assisted check-in was quite helpful with niche situation. He was kind, and performed his job above and beyond. Mattress in my room seemed brand new and all the sheets were clean. There was everything provided you would need other than a sewing kit or toothbrush & showercap but honestly, i didnt need those."

"The hotel is in an ideal location to explore the San francisco bay. It's a few minutes walk to the front where there are many food and entertainment options. The hotel was clean and modern. We really appreciated the free water machine which included fizzy and flavoured water, and the complimentary hot drink options in the morning. We would have liked to have used the laundry but it was always full. We would happily stay here again."
