The hotel itself is achingly cool, a mix of brutalist chic but warm and comforting with a great attention to detailing for their sustainable amenities. The staff are friendly and attentive and go out of their way to help with any questions. I hughly reccomend this chic luxury hotel. "

"Language barrier. Staff at the desk does not speak English at all. Wish staff at the desk would at least speak a Little English especially this hotel is a 5 star. This hotel needs To hire staff with the ability to speak English "
