"This is the second time that I have stayed & it has been perfect both times. The cottage is ideally located for shops, beach & coastal walks. I walked to the National Trust Park, did a few trails & took the coastal path back to Sheringham. I also walked the coastal path to Cromer, beautiful views. It was great to come home to a warm & cosy cottage. The bed was super comfy & there is nothing about the accommodation that I could find fault with. I'll be back again in the Autumn."

"Very accommodating on my mistake with checking in times! Room was spacious, clean and had all the amenities (just mugs missing which were given as soon as they were aware) Staff were friendly, helpful and responsive. Location is great. Limited parking is available. "

"Location was perfect.. Short walk to the centre of Sheringham... Short walk to the seafront, parking available on the road near the house.. we had 4 cars and were still able to park with the use if the car park across the road"

"This was my third visit to the plaice. The location cannot be beaten . The view is amazing. This was the first visit in the winter months and very different to peak summer. The tide comes very close with large waves ( we were there in the stormy week at the end of November) it was fabulous to watch. The property was lovely and warm to hunker down in when the weather was less than favourable. The property is a little tierd and could do with a spruce up but it doesn't take away from the experience. The town has a great deal of independent shops that sells everything you can think of . Lots of eateries and pubs full of friendly people. I have absolutely no doubt we will book again for next year. The dog loves it too !"
