"The hotel is very conveniently located. We booked a room with a view of the falls and the carousel, and the view was absolutely amazing. A few small downsides though. There was no body wash in the room, which felt very strange for a hotel of this level. Also, there was only one small bottle of shampoo for four people, which honestly didn’t make much sense. The breakfast is paid and very average. For almost $20, you only get one drink included, which felt a bit odd. Another thing to keep in mind is parking. When you arrive, there may be no spots available nearby, so you might have to park farther away and walk. Parking is also an additional charge, which was a little disappointing."

"Only stayed for 1 night. 1st time at that hotel. Location was perfect as we were attending a concert. Parking was a nightmare. We were told there was a $50 fee if we wanted to park in the back of the hotel. Not sure why it's so expensive to park your car but we decided to park else where for $10.00. It was a 5 minute walk away from the hotel. Hotel should offer free parking when paying over $300 for 1 night stay. As well, front desk lady who checked us in was going to put us on the ground level. We were disappointed. She than upgraded us to the 4th floor."

"I originally booked for one night with the intention of extending my stay if the rates remained reasonable. The next day, despite clearly informing the so-called manager that I wanted to extend, he suddenly claimed there was “already a reservation” for the room I was currently occupying. How does a room that is already occupied suddenly become reserved? It honestly felt like a dishonest excuse just to push me into cancelling Expedia and booking directly through him so they could avoid paying commission fees. The customer service here is terrible. The manager came across as rude, unprofessional, and more interested in squeezing extra $$ out of me than actually helping. I’ve stayed here multiple times over the months, yet it’s obvious this place has no understanding of customer loyalty or basic hospitality. The property itself is outdated, poorly maintained, and nowhere near worth the inflated holiday pricing. Rooms feel neglected, cleanliness is questionable, and the overall atmosphere gives the impression that management only cares about collecting $$ while doing the bare minimum. Between the shady booking behavior, terrible service, and overpriced rooms, this place is a joke."
