Very helpful, changed our room to one that he thought we’d like better, and also straightened out a double booking problem I had with Expedia (won’t use them again) The wait staff was very friendly and provided great service. The toilet paper holder needed replacing and there was no place to get ready with a mirror except the washroom. The washroom had no place to put toiletries. For the price, we were happy with our stay."
