Very friendly staff, from the front desk to the housekeeping, not to mention the nice ladies working in the breakfast room (special kudos to Navjot and Sendra). The airport shuttle was excellent, and the free laundry room was a definite plus. All of that at a reasonable price. You can't go wrong by choosing this hotel. "

"Overall this is a good value hotel. For me it worked well as I had been workign in Milton Keynes and was flying from Heathrow on business the next day. It was well priced, accessible and serivce was good. Room was comfortable - if a bit dated. Food was good, bar staff were great, tv had Champions League match I wanted to watch. It has a good gym set up, and breakfast was of a good standard. 20 minutes drive from Terminal 3. All in all worth staying here. Don't expect anything special - this is a functional mid-market hotel but in that field it's well positioned."
