"We loved staying here for a long girls weekend!"

"We paid extra for a "water view," only to be facing a boarded up building. If you stood on the balcony and looked sideways, you could see the water. The amenities were weird. Had to go to a different building to get towels for the pool, but no one told us. We asked staff twice and both said they didn't know where to get towels. Stayed two nights and no one refreshed towels, coffee etc. in the room. Zero service at the rooftop pool and bar. Clean, and it was a large room. Would have been fine for half the price, but a disappointment at $300/ night."

"The property and rooms were very clean, staff were super friendly and helpful, great for restaurants and central enough to get around. The bed was comfy, water was hot and AC was cool. The only thing I didn't like was the charge for the delivery of Amazon packages (range from $3-$5) and the walls were thin, That being said, if you have noisy neighbours and close by the street, you will hear some noise, however the hotel has ear plugs to help combat the noise. Those factors were not deal breakers for me as I would stay again. The price is really good for the hotel."

"I only stayed for one night but OMG. My room was so creative yet simple and spacious. I loved it so much. My 1 year old and I stayed in a King size room and we had a blast. SN- the bathroom was so clean!! My daughter loved the different light setting. She loved getting to hold the second shower head in the bathroom too! Also- the breakfast was so amazing. Please never change the sausages!!! I can’t wait to come back for a stay. 10/10 for me."

"Our family of 8 stayed at Gale Miami Hotel & Residences for 5 nights, and we had an absolutely amazing experience! From the very first day until checkout, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, comfortable, and cared for. Traveling with a large family can sometimes be challenging, but the entire team handled everything so beautifully with warmth, professionalism, and genuine kindness. Every staff member we interacted with was helpful, attentive, and always ready with a smile. The hotel is beautiful, stylish, and in a fantastic location, but what truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional hospitality. Thank you to the wonderful team at Gale Miami for making our family vacation so special and memorable. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Miami! 🌟"

Loews Miami Beach Hotel – South Beach

"Our group stays at this property every year during Mother’s Day weekend, but this visit was far below expectations. We were first assigned a room that did not match our reservation, forcing us to move after check‑in. While at the pool, we were repeatedly approached and reprimanded about having drinks in the water. After years of visiting this property, this is the first time we have ever encountered this issue. The situation escalated into constant monitoring and unnecessary harassment from security. Even our waitress—who was kind and attentive—expressed confusion about the treatment we received. We had nearly 30 guests booked for the weekend, and unfortunately, none of us will be returning. The level of strictness over a drink, especially when many resorts offer swim‑up bars, was unreasonable. Quite frankly, the focus would be better placed on addressing the number of people who openly urinate in the pool rather than policing a possible vodka tonic. Our stay was overshadowed by this experience, and the attempt to “make it right” by handing out ice cream scoop tokens only highlighted how poorly the situation was handled."
