Very dissapointed with the cleniness. I am a short hair person but shocked to find a few pieces of long hair about eight inches long leftover in both toilet and bed linen.
It leads me to check if the bed linen actual being changed after the last customer checked out.
And found stain on the bed cover about 2 inches diameter.
Cleanliness is of utmost importance factors to every traveler.
Have reflected the issue to the front desk but the response was very cold. Not even intend to just apologize or prepare to look into the matter.
