Sensible location in Ximen within walking distance to the Ximen MRT. While I walked a chunk of the way underground from the main station to Beimen and then to the hotel, it is doable if you have small luggage, especially if it is hot outside. Otherwise, just get a short Uber or Taxi from the main station to the hotel with your luggage. Ignore any map app direction about the time to walk.

Very modern and well maintained boutique hotel right in Ximen pedestrian area. Rooms are on the small side. Staff is very friendly and helpful. No pool or resort type facilities, but the location is amazing.

This hotel is wonderful. The rooms are beautifully laid out, beds are extremely comfortable and the bathrooms are excellent. The staff is wonderful and helpful, and the hotel offers a very good breakfast. It above all, the location is superb, in the heart of Ximending Walking District, 7 mins on foot from a subway station, very useful bus routes nearby, and many key attractions are only a pleasant stroll away. This is my third stay here and I will always come back to stay here whenever I am in Taipei.

Good location with stores right outside. My central ac could not be turned off and room could get unbearably cold during the day. Hotel give me extra duvet. Waa ok at night to sleep. I did not ask to move to other room as too much to pack up. So only issue was overcold ac (only my room on the group) and towels a little rough but fine. Hotel staff were all great !
