The location is very convenient as it is across the street from the Taipei Main Station. From Taipei Main Station exiting through Zhongxiao W. Rd exit and you will see the Asia Plaza Building on the other side of the street. The hotel is in this building and the reception is on the 5th floor. You can leave the luggage at the lobbies if arriving early or leaving for a few days and coming back to stay. One discomfort is the air conditioning is a bit too cold and the temperature can’t be adjusted. Overall, I am satisfied with the stay. It would be perfect if the AC temperature was up a bit.

Pros: -location is excellent next to Taipei Main Stn which has lots of food stall and shops Cons: The room floor is made of wooden plank and creates loud creaking sound when you walk around the room. Room is not sound proof and you can hear the noise from next room as well as corridor noise.

Be wary. The Inn will be delighted to give you a windowless room. When we were insistent on a window, they gave us one that opened on the a/c heat exchangers. No cold water in the shower one morning, long checkout, “to high” pillows that they had no remedy for. The hotel is on the fifth floor of a 40+ story building, without a sign that says it’s there. (There’s on in the window of the convenience store next door, but who looks in convenience store for a hotel?) It has the virtue of being dark and mostly quiet; the staff tries to be helpfull. Wifi and a/c are good.

There was a sudden terrible water leak in the bathroom of the room I had originally reserved due to a broken pipe, but luckily they immediately gave me a different upgraded room and the staff apologized sincerely, so everything turned out fine.

Hotel very near Taipei train station. Other then the good location, Hotel is average. There is no Hotel sign on the building exterior, need to go to reception then know it is located on the 5th floor. Stay here for the convenient location which has lots of shopping and food options.

The hotel located near Taipei Main Station makes commute very easy. There are also many food stores around the areas, a few Family Mart within stone throw. The hotel is not new but is decent for short stay. It offers laundry facilities free of charge but as these are common household laundry facilities, it is subject to abuse by patrons who do not respect the principle of queuing. The hotel advertised room with bath tub in pictures but it is not always available unless specifically requested, not even sure it existed.

Perfect location for anyone coming to visit Taipei. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, particularly keeping in touch with the airport for me in regard to my lost luggage. I only had a few points that could be improved. The shower area is not cleaned whilst staying in the room. This led to a build up of slime/algae, and the drain started to smell. The washing and dryers are a good facility to have, however the washing machines do not drain/spin the clothes very well and the dryers take ages to dry. Note that dryer 2 does not work properly. The staff request you remain with your washing whilst it’s cleaning, however the whole process takes around 4 hours for the clothes to wash and fully dry. The door threshold has a big gap (about 1 inch) at the bottom, a slight concern for privacy, noise and light coming through. Again, I just want to highlight how lovey the staff were, especially in letting us check in early! Just a few points that are more for management.

I think this is the better place to just sleep at night. The windows in the room don't open, but the light still comes in. Some people avoid rooms without windows.

Easy to move around as it is very near to MRT Taipei Main Station. There is an underground passage that could be used in case it is raining. I booked a family room for 4. Requested for additional 4 pillows but was only granted 2 complimentary. Wish they could provide all 4. Thank you.

I've booked a deluxe family room with windows for 2 occasions but I wasn't sure the rooms given to me were the right one as they didn't look the same as in the photos. One has a window that could see outside but the other room can't. Anyway, rooms were OK though but it kind of confusing whether I was given the right room that I have booked.

Room was clean and nice. Only thing was toilet was noisy and there was this step to the toilet near the door which we nearly tripped over several times. Location is good, directly connected to Taipei main station at level B3 at the back lifts, something which the staff never shared with us when we asked for directions, even when it was raining heavily outside. Reception is "cold", impatient and not willing to help, directions they gave us were hazy. One staff even remarked I should google myself instead. Like I would understand the map and identify my orientation when the hotel is not marked on the map by google.
