"Clean room. Great staff very helpful and pleasant. Food very good and great value. Highly recommend Room 7 bed very comfortable but room cold overnight when heating off because window not draft proof but wouldn’t stop me staying again"

"Chapter Two is right in the heart of Malton, close to shops & restaurants. The rooms are spacious, with quirky decor & immaculately clean. Chapter Two is a lively bar for a G&T or cocktail, the staff are very friendly. We cycled to Malton and were abke to store our bikes in the secure lobby throughout our stay. Can't recommend this place highly enough!"

"An absolutely stunning property set in such peaceful area. The owner was so helpful and accommodating before, during and at checkout. The property decor is tasteful, modern but in keeping with the farmhouse style. Impeccably clean throughout and there is such attention to detail with the regards to the finish of the accommodation. Would definitely recommend!! "

"We were blown away with this lodge, the cleanliness, the thoughful decor, the comfort, and how well equipped it is. The location is great, it's so beautiful sitting outside watching the lake. Everything is very accessable, my elderly grandmother managed the stairs fine, the shower was great for her to get in and out of. Beds are comfortable and so are the chairs and sofa. Lovely touch having the tv in the double room too! There's more I could say, all positive. We will be back, thank you for having us."

"I’ve stayed here a few times and it is always good value for money and easy to use, the communication with the host is good and the different choice of rooms is good. Free parking is available overnight a few minutes walk away after 6pm. Place is always clean and quiet."
