"Although this is a fairy new Hotel. My king size room was quite pleasant. The bed was very comfortable. The air-conditioner was so up to par. Sometimes i had to turn the air-conditioned down. The 43 inch television was clear to watch. The hotel was quiet and peaceful and i felt safe! Thank you boutique for your housepatility. KAJ."

"Booked this place on a whim. Was looking to break up our trip across a few days and stay somehwere along the way. I have a family of 6 and so this looked very desirable. We stayed in the barn. It was cozy and eclectic. Everyone slept very well and the kids very much enjoyed petting the goats and trying to entice the other animals to come closer. The family host was extremely friendly and attentive and the breakfast was to die for. The town of Washington is the old Confederate capitol of Arkansas...

"The cabin is on a hilltop secluded from view.The hot tub was nice and hot, we grilled on the patio and had drinks every night...fire pit was crackling and added a extra touch. Could use a new bedframe in the spare bedroom and the chicken bones in the trash can cleaned out. The water smells of sulfur which was disappointing! Take extra pots and pans. The overall experience was delightful and we stayed extra night's. Amber our Host was awesome!!! We'll definitely stay here again... thinking about...
