The Waterfront Hotel

"Our stay at The Waterfront Hotel in Kuching, Sarawak was outstanding from beginning to end. Everything about our experience was five-star, and we would happily stay here again. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Kuching, within easy walking distance of the beautiful waterfront, shops, restaurants and cultural attractions. It was an ideal base for enjoying everything this wonderful city has to offer. Our room was spacious, comfortable, beautifully presented and exceptionally clean. The hotel facilities were excellent, and we appreciated the attention to detail throughout our stay. The highlight, however, was the wonderful staff. Everyone we met was warm, welcoming, professional and genuinely helpful. From reception and housekeeping to the restaurant staff, we experienced the kindness and hospitality that made our visit to Sarawak so special. Breakfast was also excellent, with a generous selection of local and international choices and friendly, attentive service. Thank you to the entire Waterfront Hotel team for making our time in Kuching so enjoyable and memorable. Your hospitality contributed greatly to our experience of this beautiful city. Excellent location, excellent facilities, wonderful service and exceptional people. Five stars from us. We look forward to returning!"

"We had a beautiful time at the Pullman. Our bedroom and bathroom was very spacious. The staff were always helpful and polite to us. The pool is enormous!"

"Everything was good. Allowed my wife and me to be checked in at 9am as we arrived early and then changed our room to a full beautiful view of the riverfront with a complete sunset view. Staff are friendly. The 11th floor lounge is fabulous with nice ambience and good food. Only huge setback was the aircon. After two occasions of service employees attending to my complaints over the temp, it was not resolved, blaming the issue with air con system error. Had close to warm days and sweaty nights, with air con temp at 16°/full fan! About to check out later this evening but the air con issue has not been settled!"

"Room was clean and a good size. Sheets, towels provided. Reception staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful - and were excited for us to see the best of the city and surrounding area. Extremely convenient for many attractions of the city - right on the waterfront, and almost directly opposite the Assembly buildings. Chinatown is just behind - with many delicious options for food. Fantastic. "

"Everything was good but housekeeping needs improvement. Second day 19/12 house keeper didn’t replace face towels and tea. Then on 20/12 we left the room at about 1130 am. Came back at about 3 pm room was not cleaned. Had to wait in lobby to wait for it to be clean "
