"Great staff, the hotel is clean and our room was very clean and comfortable. I did let them know that our room the second lock did not work, they immediately send someone to check on it and he let me know that it will be fixed the next day, however we were there for a week and it was never fixed. "The AC was the best of any we had in Puerto Rico - not too warm, not too cold. The neighborhood was not touristy but it was safe and services were available. The room was nice. The bed was comfy but the sofa bed was really hard. So close to the airport. Convenient. If we have an early flight we would stay again."

"Excellent resort. Comfortable beds and rooms. The pool was really well laid out with spaces for families and couples alike. The restaurants were excellent. Buffet breakfast was so fresh and well stocked. Cocktails were delicious. The beach is beautiful. Unfortunately the water was a bit rough during our stay, so we mostly stayed by the pool. We would love to return in the future. "

"The room was nice. Unfortunately we can hear everything going on outside.There were doors slamming all night and we can hear the staff have conversations right outside the door for a long period. We are charged $100 for a buffet breakfast and we’re not given the choice to look through a menu when other guests were given that option. Experience over all was ok. "
